Società Benefit, a leading company in the professional hair cosmetics sector, has successfully completed the Gender Equality certification process in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, implementing a structured Management System to support an equitable, inclusive, and transparent organizational model.
This recognition is part of Pettenon Cosmetics’ broader sustainability journey and governance evolution, as a Benefit Corporation since 2021, fully aligned with its ESG strategy. It reflects a business vision where industrial growth is closely linked to the ability to generate lasting value for people, the organization, and the territories in which it operates, in line with international best practices.
At Pettenon Cosmetics, gender equality and inclusion are integral to the organizational model and daily business operations. The system has been developed over time, based on clear criteria and structured processes focused on valuing skills, fostering professional growth, and creating a work environment grounded in respect, trust, responsibility, equal opportunities, and organizational well-being.
The certification process was carried out with the support of Winning Women Institute, a company committed to promoting gender equality in the workplace, which assisted Pettenon Cosmetics in structuring the system and defining improvement actions. The certification also serves as a tool for continuous measurement and development, enabling the company to evolve over time while reinforcing alignment between declared values and business practices.
This approach is an integral part of the strategy guiding Pettenon Cosmetics’ industrial plan, based on an integrated model that combines innovation, sustainability, and people-centered practices as structural levers for long-term development.
