Pettenon Cosmetics has launched an important internal training program through its participation in the “Fondo Nuove Competenze 3 – Skills for Innovation” (FNC3).
The Fondo Nuove Competenze – Skills for Innovation is an Europa 27 project, a strategic initiative under the National Program Youth, Women and Work 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union. The fund is designed for companies, supporting innovation and new employment opportunities. Its goal is to strengthen the skills of employees in response to the needs of digitalization, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency.
The fund reimburses the cost of working hours dedicated to training and skills development programs.
With this initiative, Pettenon Cosmetics reaffirms its commitment to a future-oriented business model, one that combines competitiveness, innovation, and social responsibility.
