Throughout her career, she has combined financial rigor with strategic vision, developing cross-functional expertise in governance and process transformation to support growth in international contexts.

After early experiences in companies such as Benetton and in international consulting at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, she consolidated an approach focused on efficiency and control as levers to enable fast and sustainable decision-making. Subsequently, working in global organizations undergoing significant organizational change, including Valentino and O Bag, she contributed to international expansion initiatives, industrial plans, and complex transitions such as ownership transfers and extraordinary private equity operations, developing a strong capacity to lead change.

She has been Chief Financial Officer at Pettenon Cosmetics since 2022, overseeing Finance, Management Control, Treasury, and Sustainability Reporting, with the aim of building a solid financial platform to support the Group’s long-term strategic evolution.
