After working as a lawyer in law firms and completing an LL.M. in International Law in the United States, he continued his career in international corporate environments, including illycaffè, building expertise in corporate governance, with a particular focus on intellectual property, contracts, and distribution models.

He joined Pettenon Cosmetics in 2018 as General Counsel, tasked with structuring and leading the Group’s legal function to support growth and international expansion plans. He oversees legal, regulatory compliance, corporate affairs, intellectual property, and insurance management, ensuring a rigorous approach with careful risk assessment. He works closely with management on transformation initiatives and M&A processes, contributing to the definition of solid and sustainable long-term solutions.

He promotes a proactive, business-oriented legal culture, integrated into the Group’s strategic processes, with the goal of making the legal function a strategic partner and an enabler of the Group’s key growth priorities.
