He has developed solid experience in industrial management and process transformation in highly complex technological and international contexts, through a career spanning companies such as Fincantieri, Piovan, and SIT, where he also led expansion projects in Europe, Mexico, and China.

He has been Operations Director at Pettenon Cosmetics since 2017, overseeing logistics, planning, and plant management. In this role, he has accelerated the modernization of the Group’s industrial platform, promoting the introduction of advanced and low-impact technologies, improving workflows, and fostering a culture focused on service, quality, and excellence.

He contributes to defining the Group’s development strategy, facilitating operational evolution in response to market needs and changes, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and quality across the entire value chain through solid processes and a continuous improvement approach.
