
Mario Greganti
With a solid background of over 30 years in Italian and international companies, he has developed deep expertise in organizational dynamics and people management. His career spans multiple sectors, from fashion to food & beverage, collaborating with companies such as Ferrarelle, Galbani, Sara Lee Corporation, Canali, Branca Distillerie, and Carglass – Belron Group. In these contexts, he has supported complex growth and reorganization processes, helping to build HR functions from scratch, introduce new organizational models, and facilitate change management initiatives aimed at improving corporate culture, employee engagement, and overall efficiency.
Since 2022, he has served as Chief HR & Organization Officer at Pettenon Cosmetics, leading the Group’s People Strategy with the goal of building a solid HR framework aligned with the company’s development plans. He integrates ESG principles into HR processes and policies, promoting DE&I, organizational well-being, engagement, innovation, and social responsibility as pillars of the corporate culture.
His objective is to make the HR function a strategic driver of sustainable growth, capable of attracting and developing talent, empowering people, and supporting their full professional potential, while reinforcing the founding values of Pettenon Cosmetics.
