He has over twenty years of experience in Italian and international industrial companies, including SIT and FITT, leading projects in innovation, product development, industrialization, and internationalization.

Since 2024, he has served as Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at Pettenon Cosmetics, where he oversees technological innovation, industrialization, and sustainability strategies, aiming to accelerate the time to market for new products and strengthen the efficiency of production processes. As Environmental Delegate and a member of the ESG Committee, he integrates lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices to support responsible and sustainable growth and enhance the Group’s competitiveness.

His leadership combines strategic vision, international experience, and a strong focus on innovation, making his a key driver for the technological and industrial development of Pettenon Cosmetics.
