With over thirty years of experience in senior roles within leading international groups in the Health sector, including Abbott Laboratories and Wyeth-Pfizer, he has built a solid, change-oriented leadership, combining strategic vision, people focus, customer orientation, and innovation in complex, multicultural contexts.

At the end of 2023, he joined Pettenon Cosmetics as Chief Executive Officer, with the goal of guiding the company through a process of transformation and international growth. He leads this evolution by focusing on innovation, customer centricity, sustainability, and the promotion of Italian know-how, aiming to make the Group a true ambassador of the Made in Italy worldwide and a benchmark in the professional haircare sector.

In this role, he contributes to shaping the strategic direction of the sector, strengthening dialogue with institutions and engagement with key industry players, with an approach centered on innovation, collaboration, and value creation.
