He joined the company founded by Mario Pettenon at a very young age, focusing on research and development and production processes.

In 1988, with the entry of the Pegorin family and the establishment of Pettenon Cosmetics, he contributed to the company’s modernization path, working in close synergy with his brother Federico: while the latter led commercial and marketing strategies, he concentrated on research and development, technological innovation, production efficiency, and process quality. This complementarity became one of the key drivers of the company’s growth, both in Italy and in international markets, strengthening its leadership in the professional haircare sector.

In 2018, he earned an MBA from CUOA Business School, further enhancing his managerial profile, and in 2023 he was appointed Vice Chairman of Pettenon Cosmetics. His strong commitment to sustainability has guided the company in achieving quality certifications and strengthening its environmental and social initiatives, consolidating its reputation as an ethical and responsible player in the professional cosmetics industry
